Born as a love letter to animation, storytelling, and the Disney Renaissance era of 2D animation.
• The Premise •The story centers on Simon, an inventor and aspiring pilot searching for a fresh start. He moves into a forgotten French town's abandoned, non-functional lighthouse, where he meets his loyal best friend, a chaotic, always hungry seagull named Gustavo.Together, they work to build Simon’s ultimate dream: a custom biplane designed to finally take him to the skies. However, his relentless inventing quickly clashes with the local townsfolk, who view him as an odd, noisy nuisance. While the narrative realistically explores the heavy mental toll, anxiety, and trauma Simon carries, it remains at its core a story about resilience, healing, and finding where you truly belong.
